Cancellation Policy for Home Collection
Home collection charges are levied depending on the distance from the Centre.

| Phlebo visits the patient premises but the booking is cancelled. Sample is not collected. |

In case a request for refund reaches the company, the amount paid will be credited into the patient’s account/card within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
