These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Classic Diagnostics website (classicdiagnostics.in) and the diagnostic services we provide across Delhi & Noida. By using our website or booking any test with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
Classic Diagnostics is a NABL-accredited diagnostic centre operating across Delhi and Noida, offering radiology (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray), pathology, cardiology investigations, and health-checkup packages. The website is operated by Classic Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd..
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a test on your own behalf. Tests for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
3. Booking a test
- You may book a test online, by phone (0120 434 4900), WhatsApp, or by visiting any of our centres.
- Booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from our team.
- You are responsible for ensuring the test ordered matches what your doctor prescribed.
- You must follow any preparation instructions (fasting, fluid intake, medication pauses) we communicate at the time of booking. Failure to do so may invalidate the test and require a repeat at additional cost.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of standard sample collection and reporting unless otherwise stated.
- Home-collection charges (where applicable) and contrast-medium fees for imaging are billed separately.
- Payment is collected at the time of sample collection or test performance, by cash, card, UPI or accepted online methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.
- For empanelment (CGHS, ECHS, ONGC, BHEL etc.) and insurance billing, you must produce valid ID and referral at the time of test.
5. Reports & report turnaround
- Report turnaround times shown on test pages are typical, not guaranteed — complex tests, contamination, equipment maintenance or referral-lab dependency may cause delays.
- Reports are made available through our patient portal, by email, by WhatsApp, and as printed copies at the centre.
- Reports are issued in good faith on the basis of the sample received. Interpretation of results is the responsibility of your treating doctor — we do not provide medical advice or treatment.
- If a result is critically abnormal, we may call you / your referring doctor immediately.

The information on this website (including FAQs, blog articles, test descriptions) is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
