Important information & instructions
- To be done between 18 weeks to 22weeks 5 days of pregnancy as per LMP.
- Bring imaging records (dating scan NT+NB) + blood markers, if any related to pregnancy.
- Please bring prescription (latest doctor's prescriptioin must be contain hospital address, name, test name, date, LMP, Doctor name with stamp and DMC registration). Note: Doctor's Prescription will not be valid after 1 month of prescribed date of test. . 5 Patient's ID (Aadhar, Voter ID card, Passport, driving licence).
