What is Haematology testing?
Haematology covers tests of blood cells and their formation — Complete Blood Count (CBC), ESR, peripheral smear, reticulocyte count, anaemia workups, coagulation profile (PT/INR, APTT, D-dimer), HbA1c, sickle cell and thalassaemia screening, and bone-marrow examination.
